Went in to purchase my first safe and David was very helpful with explaining the differences between the levels and brands of safes they have and helped me pick the one that best fit my budget and needs. The delivery guys were very professional and did a great job as well. I would recommend them if you’re looking for a safe and if I ever need to upgrade or get another safe I will definitely go back.

I have purchased two gun safes from Safe Keepers. I have had a large safe delivered to my first home. I moved and had Safe Keepers move my safe. Then purchased another safe and had the safe delivered and installed in my home. Great service from the sales team and kudos to the deliver and safe install team. Very professional and careful in the delivery and install. If I need a third safe, it will absolutely be purchased through The Safe Keeper.

I ordered the Dakota safe, when delivered, they got it in the right position, level and the safe was even better than what I saw at the store. The salesman/delivery guys were great. I got an incredible safe for a great price! Dakota Gun safes from the Safe Keeper are as good as safes twice the price.

I have a five foot tall Brahma safe that was in the house when we bought it six years ago. I would estimate the safe's age at ten to fifteen years. I had the dial changed to a push button lock just after I bought the house about five years ago. The change was done by The Safe Keeper (Las Vegas) and I was very happy with the result. I had them out a few years later when I was having trouble with the locking bars, again a good result. Yesterday I was again having trouble this time with the "wheel" slipping on the shaft and not unlocking the safe. I called The Safe Keeper and discussed the problem but the person I spoke with could only suggest a battery change and when that didn't help, trying to push the door in simultaneously with turning the wheel. My door did not seem to have any slack and the door push didn't work. They were nice enough to refer me to a company that could "break into" the safe and after the door was opened whatever the problem was could be addressed. Last night I tried the opposite of pushing the door in, namely pulling the wheel out while trying to turn it after the unlock click; IT WORKED! With the door open I could wipe the rods with a cloth I sprayed with a little WD40 to both clean the rods and lightly lubricate them. With the door open I was able to easily lock and unlock the door; the rods moved easily. Today I called The Safe Keeper again and this time spoke with Kirill. He was beyond helpful. He explained what the problem probably was, how it could be handled, what I could do to relieve any excessive pressure between the door retaining wedges inside the safe (I didn't even know they existed) and the engaging locking rods on the door. He spent thirty minutes on the phone with me explaining the safe mechanism, the locking rods, the set screw etc. He even explained what I should do if I had another common problem come up. His suggestion of adjusting the retaining wedges worked like a charm. This safe has never operated this well since I've owned it. I can't say enough positive things about Kirill and the way he worked to fix my problem. These days you don't find many people who care enough to take that much time to help someone who wasn't even buying anything. Thank you Kirill.

I got 2 safes from here and it was a good experience. I changed my order 2 or 3 times and they were really good about it. When delivery came we didn't think the big safe was going to fit through a tight hallway because the other doors weren't possible. In the end they got it in with about a centemeter to spare. As for the safe I was going to cheap out and get an entry level, but finally decided to get something nicer. So I got a mid grade Fort Knox and went bigger than I need so I won't regret later. The Safe looks absolutely amazing in my room and I can rest easy knowing my kids can't get to my guns. Great job guys, thank you!

If you have a heavy safe to move, call the experts. They came with the proper equipment, they came on-time and completed the move quickly and with nothing out of place or any problems. I thought about moving it myself, but 900lbs is not something I wanted to wrestle. I would highly recommend them for your safe moving needs. Great job from the sale to the follow through on the installation. John had plenty of patience when my kids and family were with me in finding the right safe for my needs. The original plan and measurements didn't work out - as I went home and remeasured. John made the right suggestion and upgraded me to the right safe. I'm very happy o took the advice of the salesman. Plenty to choose from but he listened and found the right product for my needs. After a little adjustment to the scheduled delivery which they accommodated to my schedule- came the install. Coral and David- very professional. Offered to wear booties and PPE gear if needed and the installation and bolt down was very nicely done. Great place to do business with! Was in the middle of a remodel when the ordered safe came in early. Travis at safe keeper was awesome, even though we had to move the delivery back several times due to construction delays and personal things. Travis thanks for not getting too frustrated with the situation.The delivery team was super prompt and spot on when bringing the safe into the house. Working as a team communicating how close they were to this or that preventing any damage to the house or the safe. The communication teamwork was super impressive to me, no foul language at all they were just super fluid. I want to also commend Safe Keeper for looking out for their delivery staff by providing the right equipment for moving these safes. Preventing these guys from back and body injuries that last a life time. The hand truck/dolly they used was AMAZING to say the least. I even commented to the guys that I was thankful that their company looked out for their well-being. Kirill and the whole team at The Safe Keeper were so professional, kind, patient, and fantastic. I got ahold of Kirill on FB and he answered all of my questions about different types of safes, how the delivery and installation process occurs, and the best recommendation for the type of safe I should get. It took less than 4 days to get the safe installed on my 2nd floor and the two gentleman that delivered/installed were so professional. They wore booties inside the house and made sure do carefully move around the house so they wouldn't damage anything. After the installation, they even taught me how to use the safe, and to mail in the registration card. They were very pleasant and I was astounded at how quickly they moved this 500 lb safe. Overall, the company as a whole has been a pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if I needed an upgraded safe or to have the safe moved. Great service by Kirill. I flip flopped a couple of times on him and he was very patient and professional. His knowledge and recommendations for our safe were spot on. His install guys were very pleasant and helpful. There is no other place I would shop for a safe than The Safe Keeper.

Great place to do business with! Was in the middle of a remodel when the ordered safe came in early. Travis at safe keeper was awesome, even though we had to move the delivery back several times due to construction delays and personal things. Travis thanks for not getting too frustrated with the situation.The delivery team was super prompt and spot on when bringing the safe into the house. Working as a team communicating how close they were to this or that preventing any damage to the house or the safe. The communication teamwork was super impressive to me, no foul language at all they were just super fluid. I want to also commend Safe Keeper for looking out for their delivery staff by providing the right equipment for moving these safes. Preventing these guys from back and body injuries that last a life time. The hand truck/dolly they used was AMAZING to say the least. I even commented to the guys that I was thankful that their company looked out for their well-being. By providing the correct equipment, so they could do their job safely without injuring themselves moving these heavy things. Awesome experience. Went to buy a safe and was very happy how helpful Kirill was in helping me pick one out. I spent about an hour going through the different models and never felt rushed or pressured. In the end, the modeling chose fit perfectly where I wanted it and the delivery team were rock stars. Set up went smooth and they were done in no time. Overall, a great experience and will go to them again if I need anything else.

I have a five foot tall Brahma safe that was in the house when we bought it six years ago. I would estimate the safe's age at ten to fifteen years. I had the dial changed to a push button lock just after I bought the house about five years ago. The change was done by The Safe Keeper (Las Vegas) and I was very happy with the result. I had them out a few years later when I was having trouble with the locking bars, again a good result. Yesterday I was again having trouble this time with the "wheel" slipping on the shaft and not unlocking the safe. I called The Safe Keeper and discussed the problem but the person I spoke with could only suggest a battery change and when that didn't help, trying to push the door in simultaneously with turning the wheel. My door did not seem to have any slack and the door push didn't work. They were nice enough to refer me to a company that could "break into" the safe and after the door was opened whatever the problem was could be addressed. Last night I tried the opposite of pushing the door in, namely pulling the wheel out while trying to turn it after the unlock click; IT WORKED! With the door open I could wipe the rods with a cloth I sprayed with a little WD40 to both clean the rods and lightly lubricate them. With the door open I was able to easily lock and unlock the door; the rods moved easily. Today I called The Safe Keeper again and this time spoke with Kirill. He was beyond helpful. He explained what the problem probably was, how it could be handled, what I could do to relieve any excessive pressure between the door retaining wedges inside the safe (I didn't even know they existed) and the engaging locking rods on the door. He spent thirty minutes on the phone with me explaining the safe mechanism, the locking rods, the set screw etc. He even explained what I should do if I had another common problem come up. His suggestion of adjusting the retaining wedges worked like a charm. This safe has never operated this well since I've owned it. I can't say enough positive things about Kirill and the way he worked to fix my problem. These days you don't find many people who care enough to take that much time to help someone who wasn't even buying anything. Thank you Kirill.

John was fantastic. The moment we walked in the he greeted us and answered all of our questions. He never tried to over sell but really listened to our needs, budget, and made sure we could really grow into this safe. We went to the safe store down the street from us and we were really discouraged because no one even said hi to us so when we came to the safe keeper and met John we were so happy! Great job from the sale to the follow through on the installation. John had plenty of patience when my kids and family were with me in finding the right safe for my needs. The original plan and measurements didn't work out - as I went home and remeasured. John made the right suggestion and upgraded me to the right safe. I'm very happy o took the advice of the salesman. Plenty to choose from but he listened and found the right product for my needs. After a little adjustment to the scheduled delivery which they accommodated to my schedule- came the install. Coral and David- very professional. Offered to wear booties and PPE gear if needed and the installation and bolt down was very nicely done. Clean work... and again a great input on the location of the install. After all- they are the pro's I would recommend Safekeeper and the sales staff. I'm very happy with my decision!

We had a tight little space and wanted a safe, they had a huge selection and one that fit PERFECTLY! The entire process from looking to delivery and set up was easy and quick. They worked with us on delivery day that fit our schedule and affordable installation and bolting down was an added bonus. Kirill and the whole team at The Safe Keeper were so professional, kind, patient, and fantastic. I got ahold of Kirill on FB and he answered all of my questions about different types of safes, how the delivery and installation process occurs, and the best recommendation for the type of safe I should get. It took less than 4 days to get the safe installed on my 2nd floor and the two gentleman that delivered/installed were so professional. They wore booties inside the house and made sure do carefully move around the house so they wouldn't damage anything. After the installation, they even taught me how to use the safe, and to mail in the registration card. They were very pleasant and I was astounded at how quickly they moved this 500 lb safe. Overall, the company as a whole has been a pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if I needed an upgraded safe or to have the safe moved. Thank you Kirill and the Safe Keeper team, you guys/gals are doing God's work!
